Aim & Objectives of the Conference

• Obtain a regional sectoral view of business opportunities in SADC
• inform the business community of SADC measures to encourage intra-regional business investments
• Indentify mechanisms for strengthened cooperation between SADC Secretariat & Business Services organisations (BSO’s) vis-a-vis investment and lobbying
• Review involvement of Southern African BSO’s in NEPAD policy/concept development and implementation
• Identify mechanisms for structured, consistent dialogue between NEPAD, SADC and Southern African BSO’s
• Sell Angola as a business destiny for entrepreneurs within the region
